WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

PERSONAL DATA

This is only ever collected voluntarily by the customer and provider to Fit2Drop - either via the website, booking forms (mailchimp) newsletter sign up (website or class sign up) or via email, phone or in person. We will only ever use your personal data for the reason it was supplied – i.e. If you have signed up for a class we will contact you with information pertaining to that service.

SENSITIVE DATA

Due to the nature of our business, some of the data collected is extremely sensitive. We need to establish that the class/service would be suitable for you and that we are reaching our compliance agreement with insurances held. We will ask information on pregnancy, birth, labour, injuries, health issue and recent medical information deemed relevant for the service required. None of this information would ever be used with a third party, and can be asked for at any point.

ACCESS INFORMATION

Fit2Drop web servers automatically log each visit that they receive. This data contains some information about you – the IP address of the computer you are using, the type of browser and operating system you are using and the Internet address of the website from which you came from. It also contains some connection information such as the page or service you are requesting and the date and time of the request. This information is used for the sole purpose of statistical information gathering and demographics relating to Fit2Drop’s website, and enables us to determine general visitor patterns and pathways within our pages.

SUBMISSION FORMS AND SURVEYS

By registering with Fit2Drop, we may request and store basic information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number on our systems. Fit2Drop may on occasion request additional personal information to provide the specific service you are seeking (some of which may be deemed as sensitive personal data). This information will be securely retained and kept accurate for a reasonable period and then archived.

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Fit2Drop and an individual.

TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR CUSTOMERS

  • All classes are 55 minutes long.

  • Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course.

  • On attending the first class, no refund can be given for the cancellation of the term.

  • Classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

  • There is no transferral of classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.

  • Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your Instructor’s control eg poor weather conditions, sickness, but refunds will not be given
