Our Pre-Natal Personal Training packages include a safe program accounting for the different trimesters and changes in the body.
You will have an initial consultation plus a regular Personal Training session, depending on the type of package, as well as access to a free space for 6 weeks on the Pregnancy Pilates course if you book the Gold Package.
The Gold Package includes an initial
consultation plus a weekly PT session for 28 weeks.
The Silver Package includes an initial consultation plus a monthly PT session for 6 months.
