The Post-Natal fitness classes are for mums looking to raise their heart beat and enjoy feeling the burn of exercise again. All exercises are planned with the thought to your recovery post-partum and different levels are offered depending on your ability and increased fitness levels. So, as you get fitter, you can still push yourself harder to keep seeing the results.
The classes are varied and upbeat with a bit of fun thrown in as well! You'll receive a full body workout concentrating a lot on the core stability and realignment of your body and pelvis area.

Your babies are more than welcome at class and I provide bouncy chairs, ring donuts, walkers and play mats to keep them amused if they are awake.
The classes are run on a drop-in basis, however the maximum number I can take is ten per class due to the specialised nature of the class - please ensure you book so as not to be disappointed.
