Banana, Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie – Dairy Free


This dairy free smoothie is refreshing and filling. You can wizz up this recipe quickly in the morning for breakfast if you are on the go!


Ingredients – to make 2 or 3 smoothies

1 Banana

Large handful of frozen Blueberries

Tin of coconut milk

Tablespoon of honey

Splash of coconut water or diary free milk of your choice

A few frozen or chilled fresh berries


To Make


Put all ingredients in blender

Blend until all ingredients smooth

Poor into glass

Add a few frozen berries or cold fresh berries of your choice


Enjoy your smoothie!
